We all have a lot going on - and now more than ever, it’s important for us to take care of our bodies and minds. What are your favorite things to do that make you feel better when you’re feeling down? How do you take a break? What activities make you feel calm or give you energy? What or who brings joy to your heart? Our theme this year invites you to share how you nurture your mind, body, and/or spirit as you face the opportunities and challenges every new day brings.

…making space to make stuff. I’m probably at my happiest when there isn’t a plan or a reason, I’m just giving myself the time to dive right in and create something new from nothing. And it’s not even about having a masterpiece at the end, it’s just about playing with yarn and cardboard, exercising my creativity, and making something that didn’t exist before I started.

…starting every day with reading a few pages from a good book and drinking a hot cup of tea. Mornings allow quiet and peaceful moments, and reading makes me start the day feeling inspired.

I've kept journals from when I was in elementary school to now. I write all the things I'm worried about, or draw a funny thing that happened that day. Every month I draw new lists of different things that make me happy. It's a good way to clear my head, and a reminder to look out for interesting things.

…being active. I love finding different ways to move my body - whether it’s doing a Youtube workout, having an impromptu dance party or going on a long walk with friends. I always find that my mind is a little more clear and energized after my body has been in motion.
